According to "Japanese Aircraft 1910-1941" by R. Mikesh & S. Abe, this photo shows a "Yokosho Navy Type 14-2 Reconnaisance Seaplane (E1Y2), with 450hp Lorraine 2 engine".
A small adition; it belongs to the Kasumigaura Kokutai. Notice that the engine area and possibly the floats too, are painted in different colors than the fuselage. Very difficult even to speculate but gray for the fuselage, some short of yellow for the cowling and NMF for the floats are not entirely impossible.
Any thoughts?

A Nakajima Navy type 15-1 Reconnaissance Seaplane (E2N1) also belonging to the Kasumigaura Kokutai. The front area of the fuselage looks darker. Maybe red?

A Navy Type Hansa Reconnaissance Seaplane.
A Hansa-Brandenburg W-29 was received by Japan as war reparations after the end of WWI. The type was considered very advanced and Nakajima and Aichi started its production building a total of 310. Although all references state that it had a two blade wooden propeller, in this photo as well as in the photo of page 272 of "Japanese A/C 1910-1941" it seems as if the propeller has four blades. This plane also belongs to the Kasumigaura Kokutai and notice that unlike the above seaplane it has a white ring Hinomaru. The fuselage looks like it's painted in a darker color. Orange?
